• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content without written permission
• Interfere with the site's operation or with anyone else's use of it

Everything on this site, including copy, design, video, photography, graphics, code, and the STRLGHT name and logo, is owned by STRLGHT LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view our content and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

4. Client work shown on this site

Portfolio and case study content on this site features work produced for clients. Client names, logos, and trademarks belong to those clients and appear here to identify the work. Their appearance does not imply they endorse anything on this site beyond the project shown.

If you are a client and want your work removed, email info@strlght.com and we will take care of it.

5. Inquiries are not contracts

Submitting our contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship and it is not an agreement to perform work. Any project between us will be governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timeline, and deliverables.

Pricing shown on this site is a starting point for estimation only. It is not an offer, and final pricing depends on scope.

6. Third-party links and services

This site links to and embeds third-party services, including VideoAsk, Vimeo, and YouTube. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Accessibility

We are committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, and we are working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work, and some parts of the site may not yet fully meet that standard.

If you run into a barrier using this site, please tell us at info@strlght.com and describe what you encountered. We will work to fix it, and in the meantime we will get you the information you were after in another format.

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is complete, accurate, or current. Content on this site is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STRLGHT LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of this site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold STRLGHT LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of this site or your violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
